I'm an Uber driver and I rent through Hertz. I have a 2024 Kia Niro EV, and it was given to me with a tire that was already worn unevenly. After a few weeks of 1,000+ miles per week, the steering feel did not inspire confidence and I booked a service with Pep Boys. The service was done very quickly. I was expecting that that were going to replace the one bad tire, but then I got the vehicle back with 4 brand new tires!
