Took my vehicle inspection for brake pads and rotors and still had screeching sound when I left. Made appointment next day to take it back and when I called to follow up because I had not heard from them, I was told technician wasn't in that day? To which, I say, why did I take my car in for appointment? No apologies for keeping my car on a day nobody was working on it. Took se veral days for my car to get minor repair.
