Prepair to be there half of the morning
Last time they changed my oil, they they stripped the plug and made it so tight and extractor set won't even move it. So now im tasked with finding a shop thats willing to use drastic measures to fix their mistake. Definitely would not at all recommend using them.

6/21/25 I pulled into Pep Boys to have my tires serviced. Terry and his staff provided me with quick service. The staff at Pep Boys showed professionalism and was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the assistance. C. Woody
The final price was not what was quoted to me. Unfortunately I did not get the quotes in writing so I’m stuck with their final price. I also requested a front end alignment while they were installing the tires but they didn’t do it. Now I’ll have to take it elsewhere. Won’t be spending any more money there.
