So back in August, one of my tires went flat. They were a few years old, and another tire was also starting to go bald, so I decided to purchase 4 brand new tires and have them installed. At first, I was very satisfied, and customer service was excellent. They even offered free towing if my car was in a 2 mile radius, which is was. Very honest and trustworthy when it comes to diagnosis of the issues at hand.
Very friendly was out to help. The alignment man worked on it extra time trying to get it perfect and even let me know that he couldn't get everything to zero out. After I left and drove it I called back to let him know that it was great. It's a jeep with 35 inch tires. Jeeps are not cars they don't drive completely straight.
