Very good experience. They were professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
The worst location Ive ever been to for a Pep Boys! Takes all day, manger is the rudest person to deal with. Tires are shaking so bad you don't want to drive the van on a brand new set of tires, and the manger said he doesn't know how to fix it.
Under new management? They need time to work out the bugs. What I was told would be an hour wait turned into three without care to make contact.
My tire was punched by a screw and the technicians were unable to repair it. I had to replace it with a new tire. Later on I learned that the tire should have been easily fixed. I realize that pep boys technicians were not enough professional.
PEP BOYS nice part of town with sidewalks to walk around in if you are waiting.
