My tired needed to be plugged and I had 2 other place turn me away. Luckily PepBoys was open and they took care of me. Jeremiah was great! He took care of my car and made sure everything was right. Jeremiah did a great job.
Walked in and requested a specific tire. Tire was not stocked but they would get it……and they did. Notified via text, took car in and work was completed ahead of time.
I came in for an AC issue and was provided an estimated time, which was fine. I was advised of the issue and that I needed to have some parts ordered; if the order was placed, the parts should be back by Thursday. I said I would call back to have the parts ordered when I was ready to proceed. I called the next day and was told that the order would be placed. Came here for new tires about a year ago. I’m going in to a different place today and they told me whoever worked on my tires last (Pep Boys), they crossthreaded a lugnut and it would cost a good bit to fix. Cmon man
This is the best auto shop I’ve ever been to. The prices are reasonable and I always have exceptional customer service. I have never left here feeling ripped off. I have a jiffy lube 2 minutes from my house but I drive across town to come here because it’s so much better. Really great people and really great service. Couldn’t recommend this place more!
