I had another great experience at Pep Boys for my oil change. This is my second time coming here, and the service has been consistently excellent. A special thank you to Maarja at the front desk. Howard is great, and I have been taking my car here since coming to NC. Yes, it’s a corporate entity — but these guys give the feel of a local shop.
Never had any issues here- helpful and timely services at a reasonable cost 👍
This shop was originally my go to shop and I even have fleet service with pep boys but this store along with other pep boys in the area provide terrible customer service and it has got worse as time has gone by. Lately they can never take my car and come up with wild excuses not to work on my car and when they do take it, usually only for tires, it takes all day just for one tire. This will definitely be my last time at this shop and at pep boys for sure, I am done giving them chances to never see any improvement.
