Very Friendly staff and fast service!
I came in because I felt a vibration whenever I had to hit the brakes. I thought i’d have to get the rotors resurfaced but after inspection, their auto mechanic said I had a missing Caliper Slide Pin Bolt missing and replaced it free of charge. I absolutely trust them and will be going with PepBoys (Morrisville location) in the future! They weren’t looking to nickel and dime me! Very appreciative!
First off, I want to say that the quality of the service and prices charged are good, and I will return there for service, but I had a bad experience with my last service: 1) For the 2nd time, I presented my discount coupons when I dropped off my car in the morning, but when I went to pick it up and pay, these coupons went straight out the window.
