Pretty good service.
This location charged me $161 in labor charge to replace an oxygen sensor that is a 30 minute Job. I understand the minimum 1 labor charge, but $161 for an oxygen sensor replacement is highway robbery. That was on top of the $16 miscellaneous shop supplies charge. They even included a non solicited $27 extended labor warranty charge. This with no call to tell me how much the total job would cost. Granted I did not ask but isn’t that standard practice? Jose and the manager were very friendly and efficient. I brought my vehicle in for a repair and it was done faster than I expected and the price was very reasonable. I will be bringing my vehicle here every time I need mechanic work done and recommending this location to my friends and family.
I got a flat tire the day before Easter and took my car to pep boys on Easter as a walk-in. The mechanic that assisted me was very kind and she let me know how many vehicles were in front of mine so I had an idea of the timeline. Great service!
