Went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. All the staff members were very professional and kind. Anna did my oil change and she was very fast and got me out of there in no time at all! I always love going to pep boys and they never fail to provide excellent service!!
Workers are very knowledgeable and helpful!! Anna is definitely my favorite tech, she’s the best!
I was stuck on the Pensacola 3 Mile Bridge for over two hours, and I can’t thank Pep Boys enough seriously. While everyone else was stalled, they came to the rescue and got us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Seriously much thanks, Pep Boys!
Pep boys really helped us out. We had a flat tire and they were able to send someone out to pick us up. They brought our car in and took less than 5 mins for them to look at the car and tell us the issue. Great service!!
