I left my car there for 2 days for an oil change, 2 new tires, and a thermostat install. I dropped off at 10:30 AM on Saturday and nobody contacted me so I called at 6 PM Saturday night. They told me it would be ready Sunday morning. I waited until 3:30 PM on Sunday to call and none of the services had been done. Picked up the car at 4 PM on Sunday. I would like to say that I really enjoyed the service that I got from George at pepboys. A real stand up guy and explained everything I needed very well and the price wasn't bad at all either. I would recommend pepboys on cervantes to everyone. Thanks George
Pep Boys did a great job fixing my tire after I acquired a nail they were fast and efficient and fairly priced.
Great service. They were extremely busy but still serviced my car in a timely manner.
