They fixed my tire and had my car ready to go within the hour.
Overall I had a great experience at this Pep Boys location. The staff was friendly and accurately assessed what was going on with my vehicle. They also did so in a timely fashion. I had a hole in my tire that they were able to repair within an appropriate timeframe and saved me a lot of money in the process. Specifically, George went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. He was very personable and straight to the point. I would recommend this location and staff to anyone in the Pensacola area.
Highly recommend! Staff was very nice and professional. George went out of his way to make our experience great and saved me $200 by fixing my tire that I thought would be unfixable. It’s hard to find honest repair shops these days, but this place definitely earned my trust!
