They charged me 1200 dollars, fixed the wrong parts, everyone in there acted like they couldn't give a dang and now my car is still at the shop several days later and the employees are not making my car a priority. Absolutely insane you are willing to charge someone so much money for a service, jack it up and then show zero priority to fix your mistake. I will never be back here.
It was late. I am from out of town. My tire pressure light came on and I found a large screw in my tire. The men at PepBoys didn’t seem put out when I pulled in close to closing time- they were kind and accommodating. They fixed my tire and I was on my way.
I went in to have a low tire checked out. They told me my tire could not be fixed. I was going to have to get a new tire ($456). I took my car to Vannoy’s tires. They fixed it with no problem. I will never go there again. I was very disappointed.
I would definitely recommend to anyone the Pep Boys on Cervantes Road in Pensacola Florida .Excellent customer service they pay attention ,they listen with good advice
They provided really great service and did an excellent job of taking care of my tire when it had a nail in it. Something like that could ruin your day but the great and quick service they offered made all the difference.
