I scheduled an appointment online and called ahead to confirm they could look at my broken AC. The moment I walked in, the guy at the front desk asked what I needed — and the second I mentioned AC, he immediately told me “my guy just had an emergency and is leaving for the day.” That was a flat-out lie.
