I came to Pep Boys because I heard some screeching with my car every time I hit the brakes . Omar and Sam were kind enough to take a look at my car and they were both amazing! I was expecting to have to replace at least the front or back brakes, but they told me that my brakes actually were in good condition and still had 80% life left, which was a major relief and shock. Jay was very accurate and assisted me with identifying other issues with my vehicle it’s a 1997 I appreciated his sincerity as I get shy with my old car lol he scanned my coupon glad I double checked at checkout and saved about 50$ thank you I’ll be returning for future repairs as I trust them here !!
