Hands down the best experience! I had a bolt in my front tire and called Pep Boys in Plainfield. Spoke to “Jake” who said bring it in and we’ll take a look at it! I was there for under 15 minutes and Jacob came out to say I was all set, tire repaired, no charge!!! Seriously??? Tell your friends!
Flat tire at a rest area at 5 pm on a Saturday. Pep Boys was open at 9 am Sunday and had a new tire for me. Changing the tire Faith the store manager said my tire just needed a patch so charged be $25 instead of taking $200+ for a new tire. Awesome integrity. Plainfield Indiana is 180 mile away from me so I will look for a nearby Pep Boys for future tire needs and will expect the same integrity assessment down by corporate. Thank you Faith at Pep Boys outside Indianapolis.
