Pep Boys has the worst interpersonal skills of any tire company I have ever been to. I have a one year alignment and warranty that I will never use with them. It’s quite sad. I’m going to a different tire place, they can’t even keep appointments that you make. I’m going else where and I hope Pep Boys as a whole goes out of business.
Came in for a simple patch on ONE tire, ended up getting a quote for all 4 of my tires and it was 600+ dollars. They never even took the tire off. Went to another spot got the issue dealt with in 5 mins simple no issues. Place is shady.
