Glad Pep Boys is open on Sundays as had a large nail in my tire and didn’t want to drive too much with it. I found online that Pep Boys does tire repair w/ balancing and overall car check for $25/ tire. The manager on site wasn’t aware of the deal but honored it. A nice tech volunteered to fix my tire. I had an appointment yesterday through car advice I dropped the car at 12 noon, approved all expenses at 1 and paid them. They updated the car is ready for pickup at 3:30 and it is to get the money from caradvice. I was waiting in the pepboys for 3 hours after they updated the system that car is ready for pickup.They were behaving as if they are doing me a favor. Very poor work quality. Went for tires today as part of a settlement from the brake mess up. I'm forever going to the one on central express way and 75 now. Great results! Found the problem the other pep boys caused and fixed. John was real nice! Don't go to the one on e. Northwest Hwy. Wasted a whole day off for brake replacement! 3 different trips!
You guys have got to get it together. Rude upon arrival. I had an appointment and it took 5 minutes to find it and you were dismissive. After repairs, the charges are incorrect and nobody will fix the pricing mistake. Very disappointed
Booked an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, was told to come back "a few hours later we're busy". Came back 2 hours later to drop the car off, specified I wanted a full synthetic oil change, they ended up putting semi synthetic oil in my car. Who puts semi synthetic in a new car? I had it in writing and they still screwed it up. Pathetic!
