I.was happy with their service when they finally got to my vehicle. Seems like they were more intrested with their tire inventory than working on my vehicle but they.finally got to it and balanced my 2 front tires. I was the only customer there at the time. I honestly don't know if I will be going back to this Pep boys or not.
From the time I pulled into the parking lot to check out was an awesome experience. Everyone was so kind and polite (especially the last, forgot her name, who checked me in. ) And on top of the great customer service, the price was extremely fair. Thank you!
