No vehicle inspection was preformed on my vehicle. No tire rotation. I assumed the oil was changed. Tire rotation not preformed. I don't think that there was a mechanic available today to inspect the vehicle. No offer to replace tire sensor.
Took my car in for overheating. I was upfront and honest when I told them I removed the thermostat to see if that was the issue. The next day, they call me to tell me they won’t even look at it because “there’s been too much done to the car to proceed”. If anything, I saved them time ruling out the thermostat. They claim to be full service, but honestly just lazy and embarrassing. This is why mechanics get a bad wrap.
