Did a Lyft inspection and their customer service was excellent. I’d definitely recommend!!!
Had the WORST customer service experience here. Walked into the office and a young guy staring at the computer barely mumbled he'd be with me in a sec... Kept waiting and waiting... He never said anything else after waiting forever... Three men came in and out and never asked if I needed help... I ended up leaving and going elsewhere for service. I would not recommend going here.
This particular location in Foley, AL is the best experience I've ever had with an automotive shop. They go over and beyond to check your vehicle and the guys working there are some of the best! They all deserve raises in my opinion.
Said they could not get any tires for my vehicle. He told me to go to eBay or Amazon. Unsure if he knew how to use the computer cause he could not find my vehicle or even by the tire size
We were visiting from out of state and got in a fender bender not far from their location. They were able to see us immediately and gave us the all-clear to continue on our way! Thanks guys!!
