Charles the service manager is honest & informative. He could have charged me $1000.00 for what could possibly be the problem but it wasn’t & walked away paying nothing. Just a switch problem
Excellent customer service! The company that holds my extended warranty was giving me the runaround, and Charlie the manager went to battle for me and got it all straightened out. And then the service was done faster than expected. I came to this location a few years ago and it was a disaster, but it has completely turned around. It's very clean and all the employees were competent and professional. I highly recommend!
Charlie was professional, thorough and punctual. Work done quickly, however techs failed to leave a sticker with oil change info on windshield or rest the maintenance light. NEW TIRES RIDE VERY SMOOTHLY!
Service has improved in Foley, AL. Thanks to the new manager, had a great experience
