I took two of my old tires,then charged me 3 dollars a tire for all 4 of them .when I told them Amber told me was state law. But when i showed her it says ,if a take 2of them with me I would not be charged for for them two..told I could come back Monday and get it. Or she said she knock it off me next bill. Told her no I want be back and that she lied to twice now why trust now. I am none with pep boys Auto. Foley store is shady place.
The technicians were so nice and extremely helpful. My car had issues, which they addressed with great care and professionalism expertise. I will definitely use them again.
Stopped with a valve stem problem. Manager and tech were superb and had it fixed in no time. Then they refused to charge me! Absolutely great customer service!! Highly recommend in Foley
Incredible service
The Foley, AL location is under new management with a new team. This is the only reason I returned to this location. I booked an oil change and warranty tire rotation & inspection. The “high mileage oil change” was $100 & cheaper everywhere else. No discounts were offered. The mechanic, Joshua was kind, knowledgeable & communicative with me about what was needed but not an emergency for repairs to my car. The electronic system sent me the inspection report & updates on the progress. This was a positive experience.
