I bought my tires here, which apparently also means I bought a front-row seat to being questioned like I don’t understand basic car maintenance. I showed up for a simple tire rotation—an appointment, mind you—and was immediately asked, “Why do you want them rotated?” As if routine maintenance is some kind of wild, optional luxury. You can only schedule through a call center, the store doesn't honor the appointments
