The worst place, don't come here. My boyfriend bought a tire and they sold it to him smaller than expected. When he got home, it was too small. He returned to the place and they told him that they couldn't change it or give him his money back, when it clearly says he has up to 30 days to return it. That tire hasn't been used and they want to rob you right in your face.
Quck turnout on service. Lamar up front advised on options. Carlos is a great technician. would greatly recommend them.
Mr. Charles deserves the stars because he’s a very friendly person and he’s very patient. However, I can’t say the same for one of the mechanics Mr. Brandon. He is very rude and disrespectful and cuts you off while you’re trying to talk. I could tell he had a chip on his shoulder when I pulled in to have some service done on my vehicle. Manager at Location was caught completely off guard because the answering service will tell you that they have products that don’t exist in their location. Very Poor outsourcing for Customer Service relations. Manager and staff were still helpful and professional about the situation.
This location has NO customer service. The quotes given to customers are doubled and tripled in price, coupons are NOT honored. Management has a bad attitude regarding redeeming coupons and makes excuses when Pep Boys cannot deliver or complete repairs. DON"T waste your time or money $$$ here! Go somewhere else to spend your hard earned money!
