Chris was at the desk and was highly personable and helpful. The service was quick and professional. Very pleased with the oil change service and the tires purchased.
I had a great experience at this Pep Boys. My Tesla Model 3 was in an accident (literally in front of the Pep Boys), and luckily, the only thing damaged was the tire and a small chip on the rim. Took a chance and had it towed right into this Pep Boys at about 1pm. I had no idea if they would be able to help or if they had tires in my size, but I just towed there and walked in, and Chris was super helpful! His team was able to order the tires I needed, transport to the shop, and I was back on the road in about 2-3 hrs. Awesom... read more
