Salesman was excellent. The shop was closing up for the day but had they not fixed or replaced my tire my family and I could have been stranded; the gentleman had my tire replaced and we were on our way. We are grateful and very satisfied with the service we received.
I came in for an oil change brakes and tires. I came in at 9 at 1:30 I let the gentleman at the desk know that I had to leave by 2 to pick up my son from school. Firstly the gentleman was rude suggesting I take an Uber second and most importantly he returned the vehicle with unbalanced tires and lose lug nuts. Let me reiterate that I was picking up a 7 year old child from school. I was bouncing and shaking down the highway in an unsafe vehicle.
