I visited Pep Boys when I was experiencing issues with my car battery. I spoke with an employee—a white male in his 30s or 40s—who told me my battery was “cheap” and needed to be replaced immediately. However, I decided to get a second opinion. A mechanic later checked my car and determined that the only issue was a loose connection. After simply tightening it, my battery has been working perfectly ever since with no problems. Had to get air in my low tire. William was very helpful and very polite. Would recommend this location.
Came to get an oil change , Reed and Martin were very kind and helpful , they gave me a realistic wait time and kept me updated on every change due to a delivery truck of parts being late so Reed went and got the part himself . The staff was warm and friendly and cracking jokes so I didn't mind the extra few minutes it took . very helpful young man will go back
Honest Service! I went in expecting to have to buy two new tires and ended up pleasantly surprised when the technician only charged me to repair one tire!
