If I could give them zero stars, I would! I went here for fix my truck, it was a replacement of the stabilizer bar control, replace wheel stud, tie rod end and alignment… they charged me more than $1,000 dollars, and they didn’t do a good job. I had to travel, so I went to another Pep Boys to check what was happening, because I felt my truck hard to drive, the steering wheel felt with a lot of movement, so I had to drive to different locations, because they didn’t want to be responsible, they just say “oh I’m sorry for that”... read more
Booked a $40 diagnostic online, but was pushed to $118 and then asked for another $120 without a clear diagnosis; pricing felt excessive and the inspection was incomplete, so I took my car elsewhere.
Incompetent scammers! Brought my car in after a ball joint failed since I live so far away and couldn’t bring my car all the way home. How they lied: They told me a few other things were broken with it of which none were. Tried to quote me 10k to replace a rusted out block that was leaking coolant. (Coolant leak is from the water-pump gasket) and the block is perfectly fine and not damaged except minor cosmetic oxidation as its steel afterall.
