Gloria is amazing! I showed up at 0700 on a Saturday with a rental car that needed an oil change. She had it taken care of immediately and I don’t think I was there an hour! She knew the rental car account process and got me in and out saving my precious vacation day! What a kind person and great representative for this store and the company. I was very impressed with her and the overall experience. I’m sure they deal with a lot being so close to Disney. Highly recommend them if you are in a jam on your vacay!
We had our alternator go out during a day trip to to Disney springs. We called this Pep Boys and asked if they would be able to fix it today so wed be able make it home without paying for a hotel. They told us they could finish it today. We had to get our car towed and there was an issue with the car keys that delayed them starting work on the car. They were able to start working on it at 6pm. Great professional staff were very kind and polite really enjoyed working with them another tire shop didn’t do my alignment correctly this place diagnosed the problem and corrected it I really enjoyed the experience would have my vehicle serviced here again
Luis was very patient and helpful in working with the rental company to get the oil issue straightened out and new tires on my car. I’m traveling so appreciate the kindness. I also noticed while waiting how quickly and efficiently they were getting people taken care of and in and out quickly. If I lived closer I would definitely come back to this location.
