I scheduled an oil change today, July 18 at 1:00 PM, at Pep Boys Celebration, and waited over one hour — they hadn’t even started the service. Complete disrespect for the customer. I rarely write reviews, but my experience at the Pep Boys Celebration location was too disappointing not to share publicly. I took my car to the this location for an oil change and paid for a suspension evaluation to access a noise that I was fairly certain was a bad bearing. They told me that the bearing was fine but the struts and suspension needed to be replaced. They also told me that the tires were separating and cupping due to the suspensions issues. First of all, I do not believe the 4.3 star ranking. The Celebration Facebook Group was about 8:1 of negative things to say about them. I took my car in for Brakes - and they said I needed Brakes and Rotors. The previous time I went to pep boys they said I needed some work done that had just been done on it, so I was not really trusting them. When they came back today not only did they say I needed rotors but another service I had just had done a month or so ago. I got the breaks and rotors replaced, but asked them for the r... read more
UPDATE: Somehow got moved to 4 stars. I corrected the stars to 1. Had a 10AM appointment for two new tires. Took them 2 hours and 44 minutes to complete. Crazy.
