Avoid at all costs. At the very least get a second opinion. They advised me my struts were leaking/blown and I believed them but it didn’t feel right. I took my car to 2 dealerships and there is no leak. Makes me wonder if the other work I have had done was necessary with them was necessary. If I had the struts replaced the dealership was less expensive. Avoid!

I bought a $600 tire from Pep Boys in Celebration, and in less than three weeks it was completely worn out. When I went back to the store, I was told there was no warranty — something I was never informed about, nor given the option to purchase. The customer service was disrespectful and even sarcastic, blaming me for the issue. I will never trust my car to them again

Took my car in for an alignment. They tried to sell me a list of other things (including recommending I change my wipers which were replaced 2 weeks before), charged me for the alignment and did not actually fix the alignment issue or test drive the vehicle to ensure the issue was fixed. They just took my money and apparently did not perform the services I paid for.

Purchased a $600 tire from Pep Boys Celebration and within just three weeks it was already worn out. Went back to the store expecting some sort of support or warranty, only to be told there was none — something never mentioned at the time of purchase. No one offered any warranty option either. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and even tried to put the blame on me. This is not how you treat customers. Definitely the last time we bring any of our cars here.
