The service was top shelf!
I got a nail in the tire of our new car & took it to Pep Boys in Celebration. It was in the afternoon on a Sunday before Labor Day. When they evaluated the tire & determined it could be patched, they had several people they were working on their cars so I scheduled an appointment the next morning. I arrived at 8:00 am & got the car back around 9:20 am. The Technician confirmed they don't "plug" them, but insert a patch & silicone to seal it. Long wait for parts and had an appointment. Got there at 11:00 for break service and left at 4:30. Being quoted 2 1/2 hour service. On top of that I was originally told $555 for the service, that turned into $950 really quick when it was all said and done. The staff was helpful on the other hand and very friendly. Just a bad experience with parts and delivery of them.
