I got a flat tire on the side of the highway. Changed to my donut, and headed right over to Pep Boys. Thank God I did!!! They were able to repair my tire, put it back on, and I was on the road in under 15 minutes!! Super nice, very knowledgeable, will return for all our tire needs!!! The technician that changed our tire was an absolute life saver!! So sweet as well!! Thank you so so so much!!
I would never go to this store. I pulled in last Sunday evening with my boat and trailer that I had a concern with one of the wheels as it was not straight. I believe the guy I talked to was Kelly. I asked him to come look at it and he seemed bothered at the thought of it. The first thing he said before he knew what I was going to ask him was " those tires are no good". I had a nail in my tire and had the car towed to the shop. Armando was very responsive and helpful . I appreciate the fast repair and the text messages letting you know the service is complete. Great tire shop easy in and out process .
