As the manager, Armando does an AMAZING job with the overall service and the management of his team, ALL of whom were very kind, professional and personable. WARNING!! WARNING!! DO NOT GO THERE!! If I could call the police I would. I toke my car for Uber inspection about 1 week ago. After the inspection passed. I through I might need to get the brake checked as well. So they checked told me I need to change the brake pad, then failed the Uber inspection. So now things start not going so well. So they said they are not going to charge me for the inspection this time. So they give me the key back, can cancelled the appointment in the computer. Came here to get a battery replacement on my Audi Q7 — and if you know, the battery is tucked under the driver’s seat (crazy spot, right?). It turned into a bit of a hassle because some bolts were damaged during a previous dealer install, which I didn’t notice until I opened it up myself.
