**BEWARE** long story short, got a set of new tires and wheel balanced. drove on the highway and felt like my wheels were about to fall off - HIGHLY dangerous. The worst service in the world. 2 hours and 30 minutes for just the oil change, And that’s despite the fact that there were no other customers. They even attended to a woman before me, who was in and out in 30 minutes. But they made *me* wait 2 hours and 30 minutes. Honestly, the worst place.
Thorough, professional, and expedient. Pepboys always does a great job. Bonus, you can make an appointment on-line.
