Excellent customer service everyone was very cool and informative they called me to the back many times to ensure I understood what I was getting done and made sure we’re all on the same page. Would definitely recommend
I had a great experience at Pep Boys thanks to the manager Paul Nembhard who helped me out. I came in with a tire issue and was worried I wouldn’t even be able to safely leave and come back another day. Even though they were short on technicians and close to closing, Paul took the time to make sure I was taken care of and went above and beyond to help me out.
