Good costumer service and fast service
Terrible service. Had me sitting for over an hour just to tell me it would take 2 more hours to fix my tire. So rude and disrespectful!!!!
In and out. No appointment necessary on that day. No hiccup and great communication.
I was having a bad day as my tire popped. But this crew turned everything around. With only 30 mins from closing I was received with open arms and was given such great service. The manager treated me with so much respect and kindness. Not only that but he took his time to educate me on some of the issues with my car. I am forever grateful for the bay shore location. They did their thing!
