Great group of fellas at Pep. I was in an extreme rush, and they went through hoops to find my tires and get me back on the road.
Jordan and the staff always do a great job. Very clear on what they are seeing and a timeline for replacement or fixing. Quick easy to work with, and most of all a staff concerned with making sure you get in and out with what you need. I recommend this team and the Darien location!
I took my car to the Darien location to do an alignment back in May. They said it needed the inner tie rods replaced in order to do the alignment. I had it done. In July I started to hear a grinding noise from the front end of my car. I was going to take it back to the Darien location to have it looked at but I was told they didn’t have anyone to look at it for two weeks.
