I was given a fair quote for brake work, lower than two other competing quotes, and tires. Additional inspection found an AC leak, repaired and recharged for a fair price. There was not any upsale pressure. Everything was fully disclosed. Great sales and service team. I will be going back for future repairs.
Asked to have my AC system recharged and PepBoys made time and got it done. Now, my spouse is happy.
Both repairs I had done here went bad 6 months later.
