The guys at Pep Boys were extremely helpful, they walked me through all the recommendations on my inspection report, and they one thing that had to be fixed that they weren't already working on, they took me to the shop and showed me the wear on my brakes. Instead of just telling me I needed new brakes, they showed me the metal on metal, and when I mentioned that I have a long driving trip next week, he told me he would highly advise against it without replacing at least the front brakes. I really appreciated that.
