Customer service was great
Had to stop in last minute due to a punctured tire while traveling home from vacation. Guys here were quick and friendly and got us back on the road in no time.
We were passing through, heading home from our vacation on a Sunday and we got a big nail in the tire somewhere along the way. It was just after 5:00 p.m. so we weren't sure where to go to get it fixed. I looked up near by tire places and many were already closed except Pep Boys! We were 10 minutes away so headed on to them not knowing if we could make it in time or what all would need to be done. Tay and Skyler are professional and so compassionate. While traveling home to Texas we incurred the hindrance of getting a big screw in one of the tires. We were 10 minutes away from the Auburn, Alabama location when we knew for certain we were in trouble with the tire pressure dropping. My daughter, my three granddaughters and myself were hoping and praying that we would make it to Pep Boys before closing. We arrived at 5:30pm, (closing time was 6pm). I did not take service here. But had an appintment with them, got there in time and they said they're swamped (they did not take me in). Then what's the point of an appointment? Our time as customers are not cheap.
