I've used this Pep Boys for all 5 of my family's cars and they've been fantastic. I went in because one of my car's tires was going low. They filled it up, did inspections of it and finished up with it quickly and without charging me. Thanks much!
Absolutely horrible experience at Pep Boys. My wife went in and the lady at the counter was extremely rude from the very beginning. When my wife mentioned that there was a maintenance plan on the car, the employee got upset, balled up the paperwork, and literally threw the keys back at her. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Nobody should be treated this way. We will never return and I would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.
Fantastic experience with Pep Boys! Had no idea how great they are, but now that we know -we know! Excellent service and timely!
