Overall, I had a good experience at Pep Boys. Kristen at the front desk was friendly, professional, and did a great job keeping everything organized. Jose and Matt in the shop were knowledgeable, took good care of my vehicle, and their workmanship was excellent. The biggest opportunity for improvement is the lobby. It feels like it was converted from an old oil-change facility and could really use a remodel. Old school pride in they’re work specifically “Master Tech” Rustam. He is a professional and his work reflects it. Kristen runs the business end up front and is polite and efficient and a pleasure to do business with. It’s so hard to find people like this these days. Especially in the automotive repair industry. I highly recommend this particular PepBoys above all other automotive repair shops.
Good service
Excellent service from the team: very friendly, fast, and always available. I recommend them 100%! They replaced all four of my tires and my battery, and they have great payment options too.
