We’ve been going to the Batavia PepBoys for several years and have always had a great experience. Tony and his team do an excellent job and are always transparent with necessary repairs and repairs that can be completed down the road. If you are looking for a trustworthy place to take your car, I recommend the Batavia PepBoys.
These guys are awesome. Went in with what I thought was a very simple issue and turned out to be the total opposite. The guys were very forth coming about my issues and addresses my concerns. Another customer was waiting in the lobby and said she would recommend coming to pep boys Batavia over any other place. She let me know she has brought more than one of her vehicles there for repairs and the customer service is great. And I agree. Thank you Tony, Curt, & Dan 😇
Good service, friendly staff. I am not giving them the 5 stars because they can't change transmission oil
