We went to get a quote and scheduled service for all 4 tire replacements to get ready for our long trip. They guaranteed the tires would be shipped in the morning and would get there the next morning around 10am. Since we needed the tires for our long trip my wife took the day off to take the car and to be safe she made the appointment for 1:00pm. Set up appointment on line but called to see if I could have it done earlier. They worked with me to get car in earlier with no problems whatsoever.
Fully recommend this Pep Boys! This was my second time here, and just like before, they did a great job. The oil change was quick, and the customer service was excellent. They even went out of their way to help me find and apply promotions to save some money. I'll definitely keep coming back!
My vehicle engine recommended with a big letters 0W 8 but they used 0W 16 without letting me know. I know it’s alternate but without any hesitation they felt free to dumped 0W 16 in my engine without asking me. I found out when I checked out and this is no good. They should’ve at least discussed with the vehicle owner
