I visited the Jonesboro Rd location. I scheduled an oil change on Monday. When I arrived I was called in the parking lot as I walked up. They ask dif anyone call you earlier. I said no why? They let know that they did not have any employees to do my oil change and needed to reschedule. I reschedule for Wednesday after work. I arrived Wednesday went inside and checked in. The Manager took my name checked the computer asked if I wanted to add any services to my oil change I declined. He took my key and said I could wait indoor... read more
DO NOT. I REPEAT, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.
Called in at 11 am and was told it was 2 cars ahead of me and to come at 3 pm . I arrive at 2:50 and was told it was 6 cars ahead of me and to come back tomorrow. Thanks for wasting my time .
