I’m extremely disappointed with the service at pep boys. My dad took my car out here for a simple tire rotation, only to find out they never did it at all. Instead they had him sit there for 2 hours and in the end they only did a vehicle inspection. It was a waste of time. We bought 4 tires from them and their policy said they do tire rotations for free if we purchase from them. They should have communicated with us that they couldn’t do a tire rotation or at the least if they changed their policy and now charges for it then... read more
Diagnostic was okay price to fix was too expensive was going to charge me $2,800 went somewhere else got it done for $300 dollars
UPDATE: 02/12/26. Had to scedule again because first, interior lights flickered.I knew that meant either battery. alternator or both! it was both and a gasket cover. I was okay with the service, but when the guy (Jeremy) completed the service he didn't show me new or old partsI So that was a turn off. Then I had to do an additional unrelated repair (control arm/sway bar) which costs. Their customer service is very good and I feel I can almost trust them overall!!
