I had some brakes pads installed on the front, after the work was done, I was notified that they didn't have the machine to turn the rotors, you think he would have told me before the work was performed, 4, months later rotors are damaged, now I have to replace rotors and brake pads, don't take your car there,
When I initially took my car in for service, the was a mixup with the service that was performed, however I went back the next day and everything was corrected to my satisfaction. I had to return for additional service and the manager provided a credit for the previous week errors which significantly helped with the overall bill. I highly recommend and the manager and assistant managers are diligent in providing overall customer satisfaction.
Kenyon and the rest of the team got me right after my tire blew out. They ordered the tires I needed got me out in a reasonable amount of time.
