Beware of Pep Boys selling you old tires that can get you injured or killed. I bought 4 supposedly new tires; 5 days later one of them went flat on the expressway and almost caused an accident. Buy your tires elsewhere and live.

Never go to Pep Boys 2615 Frayser Drive. They charge you for a service not rendered. I took my car in for a power steering leak. I was told by the service guy Nate, it wasn't the power steering that was leaking. He told me it was a VVT oil pressure switch #10155351 and it cost $336.94. Charged me a total of $679.63. After 2hrs of the car sitting in my driveway I noticed it was still leaking. My car was up there for 4 days,so they had to see it was still leaking power steering fluid. Horrible! Communication is horrible. I recently went in to get a few things fixed. I was told my vehicle would be ready by 5:30pm after being there at 8am, so I left and came back at 5:45pm to find out that the part they needed wasn’t in stock locally AFTER I asked about it, mind you no one called me to let me know. I was like okay even though this would put my schedule back and off some so I was told to come back the next day and my vehicle would be ready at 10:am. If I could give no stars I would. Please do not go to this location. I called because I was having trouble with my fuel system. I was assured that the issue could be resolved. The first problem is the towing. Please do not expect them to be on time per ETA. I had to cancel and reschedule because the tow truck wouldn’t have arrived by the time the store closed for the day.
