The customer service was great. Everyone was pleasant and helped me get the best tires at a great price without being there all day. Will return.
So, I was leaving another auto repair shop that gave me an outrageous quote for a brake job and I saw the Pep Boys on poplar. I decided to go in and get an appointment. The young lady was very cordial and helpful. When I returned the next morning for my appointment, I spoke with Mr. Kenny. He was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable about my car issue.
