Signed up for the $199 1 year alignment when I dropped off my truck but got a call 2 hours later saying they couldn’t do it because it was modified but another pep boys in town was able to…pep boys is good it’s just this location that blows
The man who repaired my tire was exceptional! Very nice and friendly.
I was having issues with one of my tires. After inspection it was determined I needed a new tire. Phyllis the store assistant had said she could order them for me, but I had an appointment in Denver later in the day and Phyllis said she could send one of her techs to go get the tires and it would be ready in time for me to leave to my appointment. And that’s exactly what happened!!! I am very pleased with the service and Phyllis thank you so much for taking care of me!!!
