Tried to drop off the wife's car to get brakes and alignment done. Had confirmation that my 3rd party warranty company would cover it and that Pep Boys was an approved facility. Made an appointment with Pep Boys a couple days in advance with those details and all was well. During drop off on the weekend I informed the gentleman manning the front desk of the above information and he asked me to come back on Monday when his manager would be there to facilitate the warranty process. They were excellent, was able to work on our vehicle at a great price and was under other competition that we had gotten a quote from before. Also staff was super friendly and helpful and the manager at this location was exceptional will be coming back.
Austin was friendly and professional. He even turned the TV channel for my daughter to watch cartoons while we were waiting! I made an appointment this morning and it was handled quicker than estimated and everyone was friendly. Thank you so much!!

I ordered tires and had them delivered to this Pepboys to be installed. The tires were originally going to be delivered on Friday and installed on Monday, but a huge snow storm was supposed to hit over the weekend. The guys at this Pepboys (shoutout to John, Nick and Chris) fit me in on Friday afternoon at the drop of a hat and put my new tires on early so I'd have them on before the snow storm! Went out of their way to help me out when they definitely didn't have to. I'll come back to this Pepboys every time!
