They were able to get me in without prior notice. I had a flat tire as I was traveling through. They offered to get me a Lyft back to my hotel, and picked me up when the tire was replaced. Very reasonable priced as well.

On oct 10 3:47 pm I hit this humongous POT HOLE - both left tires started losing air / I made it to Pep Boys on Union before back tire went flat . Jesse and Mike got right on it / ordered 2 new tires which were delivered within the next hour . I couldn’t believe it bc there were MANY MANY cars before me . But … my rims were bent / and there were none to be found - so I had to leave my car .Mike called me a Lift and put it on the bill . No out of pocket expense for me . Pep Boys went above and beyond in service for us. We were traveling out of state and got a nail stuck in our tire. They were able to replace our tire and were kind enough to help us get a ride to the hotel and back while the car was worked on. They were friendly and efficient as well.
