The two stars are for the mechanics. I would give zero solely based on customer service. They are deceitful to women and I had to wait on the guy to run errands to pick my car up. I dropped it off at 7am. Went there at 1pm after not receiving a call for pick up all day. Mind you my car was in the air before I even left as I was the first one.
