I will never take another car to this place for any type of service. They broke a gearshift cover off my car and refuses to fix or admit to doing it. This is a new car and it was there when it was dropped it off. I spoke with Chuck and he a got a nasty attitude when I asked for a copy of my Diagnostic report and when I asked him about the cover.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. The guy, Gerald, at the counter was very friendly and professional and gave me the information I needed. He did a great job communicating with me, letting me know when my vehicle was pulled into the shop, work had begun, and when they were about to finish. The price for the service provided was very reasonable, and the quality was professional. I would highly recommend Pep Boys, and I will be back to do more business with them. Thanks!
