I arrived for my scheduled appointment a little early I was greeted immediately upon entering the store the guy at the front desk (can’t remember his name) waited on me upon arrival he was so nice and polite explain everything to me about my car I was not in there very long…Thank you Pep Boys for your excellent customer service
PEP BOYS ARE OVER PRICED LITERALLY THE WORST CAR SHOP IN MEMPHIS, I CAME FOR A SIMPLE FIX THEY TRIED CHARGING ME 3500 for extra unnecessary prices for things thats not the REAL REASONING FOR ME CAR NOT TO DRIVE. I RECOMMEND DONT COME HERE THEY DONT CAREE!!!!!
