Always efficient!!!!! Had 3 new tires within 2 months due to Memphis roads and always taken care of at the US 64 location quickly and in a timely manner. Also a shout out to their southern hospitality!
The work completed was great, but it took 6 hours to do front brakes only. We were told to come back that it was ready, then when we arrived they said they had the wrong part, leaving us stuck there flr another 3 hours. No one apologized, just very poor communication. Wont be back
The worst place I’ve ever went to for an oil change. I was the only car there and they took about 40 minutes to get to mine, then I waited another 30 minutes only for them to check my car for other things that I didn’t ask for and tell me they couldn’t do my oil change because I needed tires!

absolutely do not recommend, go somewhere else, these people will look you into your eyes and lie to you.
