Great staff- pricier side for tire and install but quality and experience justified the cost to me. Highly recommend
Called in advance about pricing on wheel balance. They stated $10/wheel. My wife arrived and they charged her $20/wheel. Terribly dishonest people. Recommend never go here Oh and the wheels needing balanced? I paid pep boys approx six months ago to balance them. The weights on two wheels fell off in less than a year!!! Shoddy workmanship also. And no I am not emailing some generic account. You have my contact info - if you want more info, call or text me.
Mr. Lee is a very considerate person and he let me know about every moment my car was in the back. He is a asset to the establishment.
I left my car at Firestone earlier this morning 3 hours later it had not been touched I got my keys and drove across the street to Pep Boys where I had never been before excellent flat tire repaired very happy!
