Please beware of this sham of a “mechanic.” This location is constantly changing management and technicians because they clearly have no idea how to run a business or take care of customers. Everyone in America knows to avoid Pep Boys unless it’s for something basic like a tire or oil change. So why I decided to come here for exhaust work is beyond me—a mistake completely on my part. I am so thrilled with the service that I received at this Pep Boys location. I brought my car in to have a tire plugged and they were clearly very busy. The gentleman at the desk let me know that they wouldn’t be able to get to my car until the following day, so I left my car. I was delightfully surprised to get a call a few hours later (same day) that my car was ready to be picked up. The service was high quality, honest, quick, and incredibly friendly. I will absolutely be returning for my future vehicle needs.
