So I had a nail in my tire and I went to Jiffy Lube. They told me they don’t plug tires anymore. He told me to go to Mavis across the street, but they didn’t have Michelin tires. I then called Pep Boys in Maple Shade and Miguel answered. He was amazing! He calmly told me he had the Michelin tires I needed in stock and said I could come right over. Didn’t put oil cap back on after they preformed an oil change. Oil all over the engine. I wish I would have taken a picture.

I’ve had prior work done at this Pep Boys location without any issues, but this recent experience was disappointing. The check-in associate was great—very professional and clearly explained the process and cost to replace a rim on my car. Unfortunately, the rest of the visit didn’t go as smoothly. At checkout, I was charged extra for a TPMS sensor—even though one had already been replaced just a few months earlier at a different shop.
