I had a great overall experience at Pep Boys. My brakes were acting up so i took them in to get looked at. Jonathan was excellent to work with, very communicative, and made the entire process very easy. While i brought my car in on a Sunday hoping for resolution, Jonathan informed me their brake guy wouldn't be in until Monday morning and wanted to wait for him - which i was definitely ok with.
