This was my second flat tire this year, and I went to Pep Boys again. They took care of it quickly, just like they always do. I really appreciate their fast and friendly service. Hopefully I won’t get another flat tire, but if I do, I’ll definitely come back here. Highly recommend!

Henning checked my tire as soon as I arrived and was completely straightforward about my options. He inspected it right away, found that the screw my tire had picked up hadn’t actually penetrated the tire, removed the screw on the spot, and reassured me that no repair was needed. The entire experience took maybe two minutes. He wouldn’t accept any payment or even a tip, despite taking time away from other work to help me. Honest, helpful service like that is rare.
