So today was my first time using this store. I called out of the blue with no appointment, and they took me right away. I dealt with a nice young man, Henning, he was super helpful. I appreciate the quick and friendly service.
Been coming here for years, no issues. So I call and ask to bring in a set of brand new tires for an install, no problems as usual, but once I get there, they tell me they cant do it because the tires I brought are "W" rated, and my car has "Y" rated for the recommendation. Even though the tires on the car, and always on the car, have been W for the last 100k miles. But no exceptions from them. This is ridiculous and dumbest thing I've ever heard. Great service at the center team is really helpful way better than the other Pep boys The turnaround time at this Pep Boys is truly amazing. They did an amazing job highly recommend.
