Brought my F-Type in on a Friday in July and explained the issue in full: staggered tire fitment, wrong sizes mounted on the wrong wheels. I explained it multiple times, and called two days later to confirm. I was told everything was ready for Monday. I arrived Monday. The person at the counter had no record of any of it.
