Just bought 4 new tires and have the oil changed. They gave me great service and the price was very fair. You couldn't ask for no better. Great job Williams and Erik and crew.
Pep Boys on the corp level across the country have always been great. Erik and Josh went out of the way to answer all my questions and set.up a schedule or plans for the future. Best of all if problems arise outside of the area the corporate system allows history to show what has been done so work can be fixed or completed at the next location. Best auto repair company nation wide. Keep up the wonderful work!!!
Poor Management.... Personally if you can not stand by your service then you probably should not do the service...
