Worse service not a honest service I did my oil change with the tires rotated and they didn’t do the rotation they told me They did !! Now have to wait another hour for them to do it this time !! Worse service

I came here to pick up a vehicle for a customer of mine, and they couldn't find the ticket. Then they told me $700 was owed on it, but they still didn't have a ticket. Come to find out, none of the repairs on the ticket were authorized. And the staff here is also a joke, a customer came in while i was here asking for power steering fluid for his diesel truck. The man waiting on him had to ask all of his coworkers if a diesel took a different kind of power steering fluid. No one in the store knew the answer....
Took my F-250 diesel in for new tires 12/10/14 with an online appointment at 11am. Arrived, so about 11:30 I still see the guys standing around doing nothing so I asked,"what's the problem ?". They informed me the tires required high pressure valve stems and they only had two but will look for some more. Another half hour goes by, and they finally put the truck up on the lift.
