Great service on tires, in &out,friendly, closeby!!
C'mon, Manny. I submitted a complaint a couple of weeks ago. After the store manager refused to honor a Pep Boys coupon for an oil change, you told me you were moving it up to the next level. So, Moe, how long should I expect your courteous customer service to take. Y'know, Jack, throwing my complaint away should NOT be the same thing as "processing" it.
My wife took our Mazda Cx7 back to there service center, about the headlight situation, She just told me they were very kind and fixed the problem free of charge. She is happy so i am happy. I apologize for blowing up, they are only human and made a mistake, but corrected the problem. Great job!!!!!
Website allows same day appointments but service counter says they shouldn't be doing that. Had 3pm appointment for 2 tires and thought I could wait. Nope. 3 hours for tires. Glad I could call for a ride home.
Frank was very helpful, highly suggest this store over other Pepboys! Thanks again!
