I've known Marty the owner for almost 30 years and he is one of the nicest and most honest people I've ever known. He runs the business the same way with integrity, professionalism and he loves his customers. Marty the owner of Jacks is a great find. Very often in my life have I found a fairer and more informed mechanic. He always is upfront and honest with me. He even sold one of my cars for me. I know when I get a price from Jacks that it is fair and honest, and I am not being taken advantage of. Go to Jacks you will not get disappointed.

Detailer broke lock on steering column on my 2003 C230. Drove it home like that(no choice). Marty's crew had it fixed in lil over an hour @ an extremely competitive price. Kudos to Tom, Rich, Mikey + all the other top dog mechanics. They rock my world ( and up until now would only let dealer work on my car.....for fear) friendly, professional + extremely talented. No price gauging here. ���
