Bottom line: just don’t get service here, but if you must, bring Subaru’s maintenance schedule and know what’s due vs. optional before approving anything. My mother-in-law brought her 2022 Forester (19,153 miles) in on 11/20/2025 for an oil change and they upsold her the “Grandma Package”: front diff service, rear diff service, and a 4‑wheel alignment.
