This is only the second review I’ve ever left on Google in the last 10 years, but this was literally the worst Customer Service experience I’ve had in my entire life and left me in tears leaving the building. I purchased a Subaru at the Surprise Subaru dealership with tire protection and they said I could go to either dealership to get a tire repaired. Today I needed to use that protection. I wish I could rate this place higher. My family and I came in, and they welcomed us warmly. The salesman Bo was very helpful and never pushed anything on us. When we signed papers to close on the car, Troy even spoke with the owner to help us out on better deals with the banks. These people are really looking to help their customers to the highest standards. I highly recommend shopping here!

Had the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealership. Amazing service by Nate and the other employees. I had a multi-point inspection and they did a thorough job and even sent a video to show some of the things they checked. The lady at the front desk was also very nice and sweet. We bought our Subaru before we moved and I will definitely continue to go to this location for any needs we might have.
