Ray is awesome! Empathetic and knowledgeable. Listens and answers questions.
I had my first appointment with Ray today. I am very optimistic about my recovery and excited to get off these crutches. I am comfortable with him and trust his treatment plan is catered to me. He seems to know exactly what I am dealing with and how to address my problem areas in my knee. Any issue I mentioned he knew why it was happening and how we can resolve it.
My daughter was recovering but after the 2nd session everything got worse and they ignored my concern. The receptionist who called me about her missed appointments was rude. Syrupy fake yet obnoxious tone. We will not be returning. 2 stars because her first pt actually helped.
