First time dealing with this business and I was really impressed. Very quick response on ordering tires and getting them installed and the staff was super professional and friendly. They made it easy to decide where to go in the future
Charged me for replacing a defective tire they had given me. It lasted less than a month.
Destroyed my brand new wheel. Had to come back 3 times. One time was to fix the valve stem they incorrectly installed causing me to have a flat tire. Second was to replace the rim they broke and then they wouldn't give me the other rim back. Garbage service and inexperienced techs. Never going back. Best in Peoria my butt
Would not fix a tire I bought from them. Had tire warranty on it. Picked up a nail in it. They said tire was ruined and wanted to sell me a new tire. **** ****in **********said nothing was wrong with tire and fixed it. Bought new tires for another car of mine and had to go back 4 times. Tire leaking, wrong tire mounted on rim. Did not put chrome valve stims on. And one tire mounted wrong direction. Yes directional tires. All I got was sorry to bad. Never buy tires there again.
