I purchased my vehicle brand new at Peoria Nissan in 2018, and since then I had always taken it to this dealership for all services and repairs, trusting in the quality and honesty of their work. Worst experience ever. Had my vehicle for almost 3 weeks with very little communication. I would leave messages and no one would ever return my calls. I brought my vehicle here for a second opinion after another repair facility could not diagnose the issue. I also wanted an oil change done since it was there. Peoria Nissan kept changing the cause for the noise and never completed an oil change. The invoice I received doesn’t even have the correct information on it.
