I had a very disappointing experience with Peoria Nissan. I had my vehicle towed there and was initially told the issue was the fuel pump, but that the part was on backorder with no ETA. About a week and a half later, I was told the part would be shipped on April 17, 2026. Car has been there for almost two weeks for approved warranty work. Took them 8 days (5 business days) to get approval from Internal Nissan Warranty. Communication from the techs is low, can’t get straight answers, they say they will call you back and never do. I bought the car from this location - I came back to spare myself the $100 fee that other nissan dealerships will charge to do warranty work. I don’t like their service they take my cars and they keep them for hours and my son has a disability so I can’t drop it off and leave it all day if I ever was gonna buy a Peoria Nissan again it would be never their cars suck. It broke down four times and three years they’re made like crap and I am not happy with their service.

So I was here Thursday 29th form 8am to 1pm just to get my car looked at. The only reason I gave two stars is because the salespeople were nice and checking on me. I worked with Anthony, he made me to wait Five hours for no reason. He was not professional and disrespectful to me. People who came in two hours after, they ended up leaving before me.
