Helpful office staff and really cute homes!
The complex itself is nice and its a quiet area, but the maintenance and Office ladies never respond or pick up the phone, maintenance requests are delayed and always completely ignored or given some sort of excuse to delay even further. They say they'll get back in touch or someone else will but that never happens. Everything was great the whole process from the application to renting was easy. Everyone was so professional and nice. We love our new apartment! I wrote this first review when I moved in. It has now been a year and we just renewed our lease. I still love it here and I'm not sure what building the people who say they have roaches are in but in my building I haven't seen any this entire year. This community is on the older side, but it’s beautiful, the staff is amazing and the floor plans are spacious! Honestly, this is a solid spot!
