If you are looking for an apartment DO NOT RENT HERE roaches !!!!! Never had roaches in my entire life and me and my husband are not dirty !!! Not only that when it rains HORRIBLE!!! Drains gets clogged nobody does anything !! This complex is just a money hungry Establishment !!! Does not listen about complaints about roaches !! Does not listen about bill charges !! Horrible !!! In my apartment, I have bugs cockroaches, which is so disgusting even when I’ve had the exterminator coming here. They still haven’t gotten rid of them. If you know what’s good for you don’t move here.

When my Fiancé and I arrived to Moxi apt we were welcomed in by the beautiful Maria Vidal -assistant property manager. Her knowledge and expertise was most helpful to us. Maria helped us every step of the way with all questions and concerns. The environment is so nice you instantly feel right at home just in the leasing office.
