I just called this morning to inquire about a service, and after the owner, Jodi, gave me someone to call-- and thought she hung up-- she proceeded to make fun of the way I spoke (seemingly to a customer she was with), with very unfortunate harshness, inaccuracy, and bigotry on her end.
