My experience has been riddled with miscommunication. When he gave me the quote, Cole told me I would receive a call within one week to schedule the work. This was on August 21. It took nearly 5 weeks before a scheduler called to give me a date. During that time, I called the main line repeatedly to ask about the delay, and I was told they were waiting on the permit. We used these guys when our basement kept flooding. We had problems with some of the structure too and they fixed that first. The waterproofing is still holding strong. Fair price too.
