Twice in the last 4 weeks, PDC has failed to pickup my yard waste even though it is in it's own can with a bright yellow sticker saying Yard Waste Only. I have called them 4 times since last Friday (it's now Wednesday) and I have been assured each time that they are sending the truck to pick it up. Still waiting. It's a good thing we only have 1 choice in the city of Peoria for disposal services! Terrible customer service!
