This review is for realtor Stella Bella and not People's Trust. Stella Bella sold our home in summer 2026. Stella is such a nice person and goes above and beyond (checking on the house -especially before and after showings, keeping us in the loop after showings, hosting open-houses... ) She is very knowledgeable and has excellent contacts if anything needs to be done and will coordinate and handle everything. Like a lot of Google reviewers say, I would give this realty group zero stars if I could. Bryce Maldonado took sweet time to respond back to our realtor about a house we liked and the offer we put in. Several weeks later (maybe close to a month) we finally get a response back about our offer and if we were still interested in the house. We said yes. Bryce failed to communicate for days with us that they accepted our offer so they went ahead and moved on to accept a new offer. It’s very silly and unprofessional to take weeks ... read more
They've done a tragically bad job. The realtor didn't send us anything that matched our criteria, so we ended up searching for ourselves. Their fiance kept trying to talk us into what we didn't want, and the realtor didn't research what we sent them until we were already at the place to find out it wouldn't work.
I definitely want to scream from the rooftops about my realtor and friend Justine Zodda. She made our new house build experience very enjoyable. She walked us through every step of the process and explained everything in great detail. She has her own set of questions for the builder and sales associates, in the community, that we chose to build in. This helped our family tremendously.
