It IS listed as "climate controlled," but don't expect ice-cold air conditioning or broiling heaters, it keeps the prices reasonable and your precious goods dry and VERY safe. The security system is first rate; there are cameras in all the common areas and on the drive-through gate, through which one types in a PIN from the car window to gain access.
