I am not sure what it is about People’s and bigger cities but each time I need to go it is Aweful! What bank does not have a ATM outside when they are not open on Saturday before noon? I had to use associated banks and pay a fee plus peoples fee soooo…. Not really sure why it’s closed in one of the biggest cities in Wisconsin.
People state bank staff are very friendly and helpful.

I always have bad experiences with this bank regarding my mortgage payments going up every year, mistakes made on my automatic payments, and randomly closing on Saturday’s before they are supposed to. The customer service is awful and no one ever has answers to your problems.
