We come here every 2 weeks to cash are check and they only have one person working but they have 4 ppl in the bank just walking around doing what !!!???? I really don’t care for this bank .. I really think the CEO should look in to the ppl they have working there…
Pretty bad customer service. Generally rude and uptight. Deposits take way too long, just do yourself a favor and go with Arvest. These people aren’t worth your time.
Great Bank. Good experiences. Only downer is they take forever to deposit direct deposits, even mobile ones.
I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. I've had nothing but positive interaction with them.
