We have an ongoing issue with one of our cameras turning off and on continuously 24/7. They cannot seem to figure out why this is. Can't get a call back in a timely manner. Also, they will only email bills and you can only pay online, and their bill pay portal is the WORST. Terribly user unfriendly. Can't delete/change my bank account and they have it in there twice on top of it all. I call and they claim it will be fixed 'tomorrow' if I look, but it never is. We have been with them for seven or eight years now. We never have any issues and they treat us like a valued customer. Our new business location will also have their security system put in. Definitely a trusted, tried, and true company to work with!
I don't mind paying a premium to a local company however I am not getting what I am paying for. Several weeks ago, I called and asked about how to separately arm home and pole shed, initially I was told this cannot be done without installing additional control panel, 15 minutes after that conversation the same gentleman called back and informed me that he just learned it's possible to create a separate partition on the TC 2.0 app. He also said a colleague of his will call me on Monday (as that was a Friday) and they will hel... read more
